When you order, please be the more detailed you can be.
Give us lots of guidelines. If you want something in particular, show us some examples to help us figure out what you want.

If you showed us any idea from our portfolio or other websites it would be easier.
Don’t expect us to COPY. Not because we don’t have the skills to do it, it’s just ILLEGAL and unfair. Creativity should not be stolen.

Try to give us HQ or MQ images for your graphics.

Please specify also the following features: 2/3 columns, left/right sidebar, something particular in the header, etc.

Payment

We only accept Paypal for payments (which takes all major credit cards).
You can use the link “Donation” on our site.

As soon as we accept your order (you will receive an email from us), before we begin the work, we’ll wait for you to send us half of the payment (50%).
Don’t worry: we will gladly refund if we cannot deliver for unforeseen circumstances.

When we send you the preview, let us know if there’s something you would like to change, we’ll discuss it together.

When you’ll be completely satisfied, you’ll have to complete the payment to receive the product.

If you decide to cancel the order after we have already sent you the preview, which means after you’ve already paid the 50%, we won’t refund it as we had worked on it.
If you had already paid the whole amount (100%), we’ll refund you the 50%.

Credit

When you get the product, do not modify/edit it or remove credits (you mustn’t remove it on any page of the layouts).

You must not resell, redistribute our work or claim it as yours.

You won’t be obliged to use our works once you bought them, but we’ll put them in our portfolio anyway.

Support

After you buy any of our products, we offer you FREE help and support if you need to modify it or you’re having trouble with it.

We don’t make updates to the themes: if a new version of your script is out and you need to change some codes, we won’t do it for free. If you order another layout and you choose to keep the graphics from the past layout (header, background, etc.), you’ll pay 10% less.

Delivery time

We will try to get your order done as soon as possible.
You should get the whole job done in about two weeks.
If we’re late, we’ll let you know. Be patient anyway.
